all prices and itineraries are subject to change without prior notice
dives are
subject to weather conditions. No refund for cancelled dives is given
payments
are to made in Singapore Dollars by cash or cheque
bookings are subject to availability on
a first-come first-serve basis
bookings are only confirmed after a non-refundable
deposit of SGD 100 has been paid
all outstanding balances have to be paid in full
latest 15 days prior to departure failing which the organiser reserves the
right to cancel the booking and forfeit the deposit
cancellation penalties apply as follows:
for cancellations made
up to 16 days prior to departure the deposit will
be
forfeited
for cancellations
within 15 days prior to departure or no shows 100% penalty
any banking charges that may occur are
borne by the customer
the organiser reserves the right to cancel the trip due to
unforeseen circumstances and refund all payments received including deposits
to the customer
the organiser accepts no responsibility or liability whatsoever
for participants travelling, diving, land-based or any other activities
before, during or after the trip
